Lots of numbers, not much information

The report is strictly tables of numbers, no particular analysis is offered. The sample size was 500 restaurants, not particularly representative of the industry. The report is split into Full Service and Limited Service establishments, but never presents any information on how many are in each category. All in all, you could replace the entire report with a couple of pie charts.
